Charlotte has worked on a multitude of creative and cutting-edge policies and initiatives, most recently, the reform of the Administrative Review Tribunal with the Attorney Generals’ Department. She also consults key Government organisations and NGOs on intersectionality, sustainability and accessibility.

Charlotte's fresh and forward-thinking take on leadership has led to her MC'ing and speaking at a number of high level conferences, appearing alongside figures like Hon. Bill Shorten. Charlotte frequently speaks about the power of the youth voice, gender equality and intersectionality.
